• Description:
• As part of the implementation of the FBA project - FVC/GLO/184/MUL, the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) in Togo is launching a request for quotation for the supply of rice packaging and storage equipment. This consultation is aimed exclusively at Togolese companies with proven and duly justified experience in the distribution and marketing of rice packaging and storage equipment. The company must have the required logistics and provide proof that it has the human and material resources enabling it to deliver the equipment to its destination and to ensure effective after-sales service with regard to said products. He must also be able to seek appropriate solutions to any problems that arise during the use of the equipment. A manufacturer's warranty period must therefore be granted. The technical specifications and models of the bags and pallets are attached in annex 1.The proposed offers will be evaluated to determine their compliance with the requested technical specifications. FAO will award the contract to the tenderer whose responsive offer presents the best quality/price ratio, taking into account cost and of the delivery time.
