General Procurement Notice for Supply and Installation of Washing Machine, Electric Generators, Refrigerator for Storage of Vaccines and Blood The government of Togo has obtained financing in the amount of US$42,800,000 in the form of regular financing from the Islamic Development Bank (IDB) - (US$27,800,000) and a grant from Lives and Livelihood Fund (LLF) of which the IDB is the Administrator - (US$15,000,000) to finance the “Project to Strengthen the Health System and Primary Health Care in Togo (PR4SP)” and with the intention of use a portion of this funding to make payments for the acquisition of goods, works and related services and consultancy services required under the project. The project will include the following components: COMPONENT 1: IMPROVEMENT OF THE OFFER OF SERVICES results in the construction, rehabilitation, equipment of health infrastructures and the acquisition of rolling means and the control of the main communicable diseases as well as the management of envenoming by snake bites. COMPONENT 2: IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF SERVICES includes strengthening the capacity of health service structures and training and support to community health workers, quality assurance of services including infection prevention and control.
