- Recruitment of a national consultant for an analysis of market systems and value chains in favor of refugees, displaced persons and reception communities in the Savannah region in Togo
Dear tenderer, the International Labor Office (ILO) is looking for a person for Working as an outdoor collaborator: this consultation consists in identifying and classifying in order of priority 3 to 5 sectors or channels of promising value in the savannah region. It is: • of identifying sectors guaranteeing clear opportunities for decent employment that will contribute to promoting social cohesion between refugees and reception communities • to analyze the potential of these sectors to provide inclusive and detestable jobs, in particular for vulnerable refugees and reception communities and to allow to be taken from the incentives of the private sectors to stimulate sustainable growth and job creation; • to demonstrate the capacity of these sectors to guarantee clear decent employment opportunities which will contribute to promoting social cohesion between refugees and reception communities. The work will be sanctioned by a Final report highlighting the observations of the analysis as well as the recommendations of clear and practical interventions to meet the main challenges of the market system.
