• Expression of Interest are invited for Recruitment of a Consultant in Charge of the Design & Supervision of Works Monitoring and control of drilling works 3 months 15 men/month 2 Supervision and control of latrine construction works 12 months 96 Man/month 3 Detailed preliminary design studies for the construction of drinking water and faecal sludge treatment infrastructure 12 months 78 Man/month 4 Supervision and control of construction works for drinking water and faecal sludge treatment infrastructure 12 months 240 men/month Interested Consultants are advised to read Clauses 1.23 and 1.24 of the Guidelines for the Procurement of Consultants' Services in Projects Financed by the Islamic Development Bank (the "Guidelines") setting out the IsDB's rules regarding conflict of interest. Consultants may associate with other firms in order to strengthen their qualifications by clearly indicating the type of association, ie a group of consultants, or an intention to subcontract. In the case of a consortium, all the partners of the consortium will be jointly and severally liable for the entire contract, in the event of award. The selection will be made in accordance with the “quality and cost based” selection method reserved for member country firms (QBCC/PM)” stipulated in the Guidelines.
