Description:
As part of the implementation of the NAP Readiness project GCP /TOG/022/GCR Strengthening national and regional capacities for effective management of climate risks in Togo in Togo, the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations Agriculture (FAO) is launching an Invitation to tender for the supply of IT equipment and tools for the FAO Representation in Togo, divided into 2 lots. The supplier must be approved and have proven experience in the sector distribution of computer equipment. It must have the required logistics and provide proof that it has the human and material resources enabling it to deliver the products to their destination and ensure effective after-sales service. with regard to said products. He must also be able to find appropriate solutions to any problem that arises during the use of the equipment. A manufacturer's warranty period must therefore be granted. Companies consulted are requested to submit their offers, online on the UNGM website (www.ungm.org), no later than February 19, 2026. N.B.: FAO does not pay an advance on a purchase order. The bidder must therefore have sufficient financial capacity or seek the necessary resources that can enable it to deliver the products before any payment from FAO.
