Description:
UNFPA requires the provision of a firm to make a national assessment of the last kilometer insurance (Last Mile Insurance - LMA) in Togo. The supply chain assessment process (LMA) aims to increase visibility on the management of UNFPA program supplies at different levels of the supply chain. This allows better programming, targeted interventions for strengthening supply chain systems, increased empowerment of UNFPA and its implementation partners and a better capacity of UNFPA to fulfill its fiduciary obligations towards donors. The on -site evaluation (ICA) is an essential element of the LMA process. It consists of on -site visits to regions and installations selected within a country, in order to trace program supplies of UNFPA At all levels of the supply chain, to assess the ability of implementation partners to protect and manage program supplies, to supervise installation staff and to formulate short and long -term recommendations for strengthening the system systems supply.
