Description:
The Ministry of Social Action, Solidarity and the Promotion of Women is organizing a Gala Evening on December 13, 2025 in Lomé, in partnership with UNICEF in Togo and other actors. This event aims to mobilize financial resources for the establishment of early childhood care and development spaces in the markets. In order to ensure the logistical and protocol success of the event, UNICEF in Togo wishes to recruit a specialized event agency. As part of the organization of the gala evening on December 13, the selected event agency will also be responsible for designing, coordinating and implementing a mini fashion show as an artistic interlude of the event. This parade will have the particularity to highlight the UN80 loincloth, produced by the company VAC Vlisco, and should constitute a highlight of the program by combining creativity, elegance and cultural identity. The agency will be responsible for all steps necessary for the success of this service: Artistic design: propose an original concept consistent with the theme of the evening and the visual identity of UNICEF, integrating the UN80 fabric as a central element.
