Description:
In the isolated areas of Togo, where access to electricity is one of the constraints to the supply of quality services and health care, the Ministry of Health and Public Hygiene (MSHP) thanks to the support of GAVI, launched through Uniceftogo, a project to solarization of care units Devices (USP) in order to generally improve, the service and population care provision and special ways, the offer of vaccination services. The main objective of setting up a solar system to ensure an uninterrupted electricity supply for DE ABROFTRUN OPTIMAL OPERATION OF CARE SERVICES. This document which defines the terms of reference is part of the recruitment of a cabinetissant in charge of the technical control of photovoltaic solar installations in several training asking in distributed in Five regions of Togo: Maritime, Plateaux, Centrale, Kara and Savanes.
