The services provided for this contract include (i) the analysis of each site which should make it possible to identify the potentialities and the constraints in order to identify the prospects for sustainable development of industrial sites, (ii) the realization of an environmental and social impact study of each industrial park, which will make it possible to identify risk spaces, to determine the conditions to ensure the protection of forest spaces, to control urbanization in a preservation and Valorization of natural sites and sustainable development, (iii) the analysis of economic infrastructure whose results will make it possible to identify the inadequacies and breaches and to determine the needs in the field and ensure better distribution in urban space, (IV) the preparation of a plan to develop and servicing each site in relation to the objectives of government planning, (v) strategic analysis in order to give strategic orientations to define the articulation of the realization of developments and servicing in time and in space with a prioris ...
