Description: Neo Themis Togo develops the Hydroelectric Development Project of Tétét.
The project is carried out according to an independent electricity producer (IPP) scheme. Neo Themis Togo will conclude an electricity purchase contract with the Electrical Energy of Togo and a concession contract with the Togolese state. The project will be funded by regional and / or international financial institutions in accordance with the standards and policies of these institutions in particular IFC, AfDB and EIB. Neo Themis Togo invites companies interested in the construction of the development to express their interest. The selected candidate will enter into a contract of type engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) with the company Neo Themis Togo with Back-to-Back bonds with the concession and purchase contracts.
