- The Government of the Togolese Republic has received funding from the African Development Bank below called the Bank to finance the PAGDSP (PAGDSP) support project (PAGDSP), and intends to use Part of this funding to make payments for the market for carrying out land surveys and Géo SEO of eight (8) municipalities in Grand Lomé. For this market, the borrower will carry out payments by using the method of disbursement by direct payment, as defined in the banks of the bank applicable to disbursements within the framework of funding of investment projects, with the exception of payments for which the market stipulates that payment will be made by letter of credit.
