Tenders are invited for Acquisition of Medical Respiratory Care Equipment for Hospitals 6. Interested candidates can consult the complete tender dossier or collect it free of charge on CD ROM provided by themselves or by request to the email address mentioned in point 4 above. 7. Offers must be submitted to the address mentioned in point 4 above no later than Thursday , March 28, 2024 at 10:00 UT . The Late bids will not be accepted. 8. Offers must include a bank bid guarantee, in the amount of eighteen million (18,000,000) CFA francs. 1. The Project Management Unit (PMU) of the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria has secured funding for the implementation of the COVID Response Mechanism and intends to use part of these funds for the acquisition of respiratory medical care equipment for hospitals. Supplies, including all related services, must be delivered within three (3) months of receipt of the approved contract service order. 2. The Project Management Unit (PMU) of the Global Fund shall solicit closed bids from eligible applicants who meet the required qualifications for the delivery of such supplies in a single batch as described in Section V "Technical Specifications". 3.
