The West Africa Food System Resilience Programme (FSRP) has granted the Togolese government a significant consulting contract to improve the country's knowledge of integrated management systems and food safety. DECISIONS, a consulting firm based in Lomé, won the contract, which was announced on November 7, 2025, after an international Least Cost Selection (LCS) procurement process.

The three-month contract, valued at XOF 42,885,920, will train national specialists in internal and external auditing of integrated management systems, particularly ISO 9001 (quality management), ISO 14001 (environmental management), ISO 45001 (occupational health and safety), and food safety management regulations.As part of regional initiatives to improve food system standards and bolster institutional capacity throughout Western and Central Africa, the contract is part of Project P172769, the West Africa Food System Resilience Programme, which is funded by IDA-D9220.

DECISIONS offered the lowest evaluated cost with the highest technical merit, meeting all eligibility and performance benchmarks. Their financial proposals ranged from XOF 45 million to XOF 98 million.
